Customer Service

Ordering and Payment
Once you have confirmed your artwork and placed your order Payment is required immediately as all goods are made strictly to order. All goods must be paid for in full before being produced by us. All prices quoted are in GB pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT (currently 20%) and carriage.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties or tax that might be levied in their own country.

Corporate Orders Process:
Clients will be sent final artwork and their complete order details by email to “sign off”, this will be sent together with a proforma invoice. Once you have agreed to the details of your order and returned a confirmation to us electronically then payment in full is required before we can begin processing your order.

Limitations:
Base Colour Coating: We work on Pantone © references and you will be asked to supply this for your bottles base colour. Please note that a colour shown on a Pantone © reference chart will vary slightly when applied to glass therefore please allow a 5% ± tolerance for colour variation.
Design print colours are standard: Red, Blue, Black, White Gold, Silver, Yellow. We are unable to Pantone © match print colours.
Artwork: Must be supplied as a .ai or a .eps or a .pdf with all text converted to outlines unless specialist fonts can be supplied in a separate file. Designs will converted to a single colour print. In some cases, design dependent, we may be able to print in more than one colour, please note there is an extra charge for every extra colour we print. We are unable to print photographs.

Delivery
Orders normally orders take up to 14 working days to produce, thereafter delivery is normally on a next working day basis via Courier once they are packed, however this will depend on the Quantities ordered and your location.

Returns Policy
Our main priority is to have satisfied customers and we pride ourselves on making a quality product. We aim to deal with any problems or queries quickly and efficiently. All bottles are made to order and all wine, design and colour details are considered as “approved” by you on confirmation and payment of your order.

After this point we are unable to give refunds or accept cancellation of orders. We would ask that all information given to us is checked for accuracy as a charge may be made for any amendments made after the order is confirmed.

Our bottles are very carefully packed prior to dispatch and we do not expect that any damage should ordinarily occur during transit, however should you receive your bottle(s) and they appear to be damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of that delivery and we will ensure that your goods are replaced as soon as possible. Therefore please check you order on delivery and note with the carrier on his record any damage you see.

Promotions and Advertising
In placing your order with the Abstract Bottle Company you are agreeing that the designs and bottles we produce can be used in any advertising or marketing media by Abstract Bottle Company. This is without limit.

Warning
We cannot take any responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the opening of the bottles or the consuming of the contents. It is illegal to supply, purchase on behalf of or give alcohol to any person(s) under the age of 18.
